We created this fitness program as a way to answer the number one question we receive at our Physical Therapy Clinic: What type of workout is best to prevent any future injuries? Our Doctors and Exercise Physiologists used their combined knowledge to create the ideal program called Active Method Movement. It’s designed to help people like you move confidently and stay pain free, while maintaining an active lifestyle.

LESS FAD & MORE SCIENCE

Active Movement Method is the a culmination of decades of education and practice in the medical and health/fitness fields.  We have carefully crafted and distilled a method rooted in the principles of science that stand the test of time.  Learn more about the elements of our program below:

Strength and Endurance

Muscles will become toned and defined.  You will feel  energized for any challenge.

Flexibility & Mobility

Muscles will become lean and flexible.  Joints will regain full mobility and range of motion.

Balance & Coordination

Muscles coordinate to move with control. 

Each session is a 45 minute full body workout.  We use many functional fitness tools and body weight movements to explore how the body is supposed to move.  For many students this is truly a transformative time mentally as well as physically.  Opening their bodies and minds to the positive energy and movement abilities they have been missing for years.
